Hawaiian Grilled Chicken
Hawaiian Grilled Chicken
This is quite an easy dish to make. Not only it is easy to make but also ingredients are easily available and doesn’t take much effort or expertise to make it. A must try at home. Kids would love this dish.
- Chicken Thighs: 8 boneless and skinless.
- Coconut milk: 1 cup.
- Sesame oil: ½ Tsp.
- Brown Sugar: ¾ Cup.
- Green Onions: 5 diced.
- Onion: ¼ cup chopped.
- Garlic: minced ½ Tsp.
- Soy Sauce: 1 cup.
- Water: 1 cup.
- Take a big resalable freezer bag.
- Now in a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Put them in big freezer bag.
- Now add chicken to the ingredients and seal the bag.
- Keep the bag in fridge over night so all the aroma and flavours of the ingredients are absorbed by the chicken.
- If possible rotate bag after couple of hours so all sides of chicken are marinated well in the marinade.
- Now take the chicken out of the bag.
- Grill it on the low heat.
- Grill for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
- Chicken is ready to be served.
- Serve hot.
- If Sesame oil is not available to you then you can add any other oil but the Sesame oil gives it nice and unique flavor.
- Grill on low heat as the ingredients contains ¾ cup of brown sugar and on high heat it would burn up.
