This sounds very tasty. I have never seen Kashmiri Chili powder but there are a couple of shops which sell all the Indian spices in the next town. I will look next time I go.

I love making Indian food but have never dared tackle chicken tikka masala - perhaps now I'll have a go! Thanks, voted up and useful.

As I am part Indian, I am quite fascinated with Indian food. This is very interesting. When you say drain the yogurt does that mean there will be a separation and the? Does the drained part look clear like water? I'd really like to try this recipe.

Drain the yogurt means removing water from yogurt by draining it in a cloth. That gives a better taste to the Chicken.
