Rohu fish or the Rui Mach is a regular diet of most of Bengali Families. Most of Bengalis never think their days without fishes. This fish is easily available with affordable price in Bengal Market. Besides, I am a Bengali, I am not fond of Fish. But when mom said about this dish, I found it quite interesting because of its making procedure. This is a Bangladeshi Dish. I tried this first time and really well in taste. Sweet Polau is the perfect dish with which Mahi Kalia goes.

Hopefully Fish Lovers love the dish :)
