See Not a drop of OIl

It is a myth that chicken cannot be made without oil. This is one recipe which just does not use even a one drop of oil to be cooked. This recipe is not only very healthy but also very easy to cook. I found this recipe online and l liked it so much that I adapted it to my taste and I was astonished that this chicken was cooked in exactly 6 minutes. This chicken can be enjoyed with both rice and Rotis. One thing you would notice is that this recipe does not use many exotic spices and yet it is yummy. Having lot of fried items particularly saturated fat, is one of the key dietary contributors to chronic diseases including heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and hypertension. Thanks for this recipe, will try it soon.

Drat! Indian Chef my wife gave away our pressure cooker! This looks delicious!! I like the spice selection, I'll just have to do this one in the oven and make some adjustments for it. That's a beautiful picture. Upvoted/interesting/following. Peace. Kawi.

This reminds me that we need to get a new seal for our old pressure cooker. As we go into the heat of the summer, it is smart to use such vessels for cooking because it does not heat up the house as much. We have central heat and air...but why make the air conditioning work harder in order for us to stay comfortable? This recipe would help save on our electric bills. Your recipe sounds good. Up and useful votes and sharing on Twitter.
