Making Quiche

Quiche is an open faced pastry crust, with a custard like filling , which consist of eggs, bacon, cheese, often times it contains herbs, and vegetables such as spinach and or mushrooms.

Quiches are probably the most frequently found egg dishes on the menu, when eating out. And there are many variations to this savory dish.

Quiche Elegante is a very rich and superior recipe, that you are sure to enjoy.

I like to use a nice baking dish to make my quiche , one with a pretty fluted edge. If you don't own one I have provided links to Amazon. However if you wish you can just use a regular old pie pan, it will taste just as good as the fancy pan. You can even cheat and buy the store bought pie crust..I do that a lot also.....You can follow the recipe below to make this quiche....
