Preparation

  1. Pour a glass of your favorite wine. Take 1 sip and set it aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Chicken should be cut into pieces and rinsed. For this recipe I used Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts.
  4. Place chicken into a bowl.
  5. Pour Olive Oil into a different bowl and set next to the chicken.
  6. Spray baking pan with a non-stick spray. This will make clean up much easier.
  7. Pour Bread Crumbs into a different bowl and add seasoning to taste. My daughter has a date tonight so I made sure to add a little EXTRA garlic.
  8. Mix Bread Crumbs and Seasoning thoroughly.
  9. Take a sip of wine.
  10. Dip both sides of chicken in Olive Oil, one piece at a time then in the Bread Crumb mixture.
  11. Place chicken in baking pan. Do this for the remaining chicken.
  12. Wash your hands and take a sip of wine.
  13. Place chicken in oven for 45 minutes.
  14. After baking, allow the chicken to cool for five minutes before serving.
  15. Cheers!

Enjoy with some oven-baked potato with sour-cream topping and veggie sides. Then take another long sip of wine.

Thought I might just add the ending that you forgot to include. lol.

Nice! Really nice hub. Voted up and loving it (awesome, that is)!

LOL, I love how you incorporated the sipping of wine. I love cooking with wine! I just don't usually put it in the food. :-) I like what you said about your daughter and garlic, too. Oh, and the recipe looks good, too. Sharing this one! Many votes, too, including funny!

LOL Laura, You pour the wine in the glass and drink it while you're cooking. If you happen to spill some into the food it will only taste that much better.

      Cheers!

I might actually try this recipe, but I always get confused- do you put the wine in the dish or just drink it while you're cooking? I've never cooked with wine but this recipe seems like I could do it.

I love chicken, now even more. I haven't tried your recipe yet but I will. A primary reason is not just that it sounds good, but that it's simple, and important thing to my wife and I.
