Veal is a Meal? Poop Is Pudding!

Updated on May 1, 2010

Veal is a Meal? Poop Is Pudding!

I seem to get a little lost,

Every time my thoughts get tossed.

When my mind gets made,

I try to call a spade a spade.

But the words that people use,

Tend to cover up and confuse.

Why would we call a young calf veal,

And even kill it for a meal?

Could you explain how,

Hamburger is now a cow?

Jeeze for heaven’s sake,

Now we call a cow a steak?

A juicy hamburger is really ground cow.

Let’s eat some dog and call it “bow-wow”.

Grind meat and fat into a spreadable paste

Call it pate and you have exquisite “taste”.

Let’s mix rodent parts with pig,

And yes, I’ll give carnivores a dig.

It’s ground all up and called “hot-dog”.

If a spade were a spade it would be groundhog!

A pig will be called ham

A young sheep is a “rack of lamb”?

Why does it push my button,

To hear a castrated sheep called mutton?

Do we hide it from the mind’s view,

To not eat pig, but bar-be-cue?

I don’t like lies; I don’t care for any fibs.

Who is it that hungers for baby-back ribs?

Let’s clink our glasses and drink a toast

Say grace and eat a little pot roast.

It may taste better and be a kinder cut,

If we all avoid calling it a big cow’s butt.

Let’s take a pigs head and add a little mouse.

We’ll add a bit of vinegar, then call it souse.

Let’s get our parts together and get a good start.

Include meat from the feet, tongue, and the heart.

It congeals when cooled because of gelatin in the skull.

Try these things to keep your food from being dull.

When you’re done it all becomes as pretty as you please,

And although there is no dairy you can call it “head cheese”.

Let’s all play a game and change the name,

And we’ll all feel better while we eat our “game”.

Let’s eat some snails and call it escargot.

Let’s dine on poop and call it guano.

EVIL AND APATHY ARE BORN RIGHT HERE

This actions that brought and kept this calf here is from where some evil spirits come.

Not from the calf, but from the actions of those requiring this degradation.

Treating animals in this way is evil.

It can only bring about evil.

I'd rather do most anything than tell people this.

Is there some pleasure that I get?

What in God's name would that pleasure be?

Do I get pleasure from alienating people?

The easier thing to do would be to pretend this torturing of animals does not exist.

Quite honestly- every person that can believe in God and atheists please- get on your knees and ask God to relieve me of this "DUTY" that is my CROSS right now.

I want to be apathetic but I can't.

If you aren't against this - you are for it.

At best - your apathy creates evil!

God has not intended HIS animals to be treated this way!

I don't need a scripture or a blessing from anybody to see the evil in treating a calf this way!

Veal- Bon Appetit!

A calf lies dead in the slatted stall in which it stood for all of its life, with
no mother, sunlight or decent food. This is the fate of a calf raised for veal.
