   Chocolate cheese cake or original plain cheese cake???

   I prefer plain cheese cake with assorted toppings. If it's chocolate you want you can either drizzle some chocolate on the top of the cheese cake or put chocolate shavings on it. That way the chocolate is a nice compliment to the cheese cake. For me the cheese cake is lost in a chocolate cheese cake.

      Thanks Cecelia Switzer, i love to bake cakes during free time. i was madly interested to bake a plain cheesecake, but we had some dark chocolate left and i found there's even chocolate cheesecake available. it's my first try so needed some opinion.

      The worst part about making a cheese cake is that sometimes you can't trust your oven. Being able to control the exact oven temperature is important but the rest is fairly simple--except working that springform pan.

   I believe plain cheesecake is still the best.
   One always has the option to add toppings for additional flavor.

   Anything with chocolate on top is always better! I do like plain old cheese cake but if I had to choose it would always be the chocolate.
