Without question brown rice! And it is a good thing, because half of the calories consumed in the world daily, come from brown rice. It is one of the earth's healthiest foods! Brown rice lowers risk of type two diabetes, helps maintain lower a lower weight. It has over 50% more nutrients than white rice. Fully milled white rice loses much of it's nutrients in the milling process and that's why by law it must be enriched. With all that said, white rice tastes better by a long shot!
