My kids love to help make peanut butter cookie dough cookies. They can dump ingredients, turn on food processor and roll into balls. The ingredients are 1/4 C peanut butter, 1/4 C raisins + 3 T raisins, 1/4 t salt (omit if using salted peanuts), 2 T peanuts, 1/8 t vanilla. Just put everything in the food processor and mix it, then roll the dough into balls. These are so yummy, and I don't have to worry about them burning themselves with the oven or the stove. (I do monitor the food processor part, though!) This recipe is on chocolatecoveredkatie.com - She has some other great ones the kids could help with also.
