Hi all, I went a little overboard the other day and ended up making a ridiculous amount of homemade breadcrumbs. Since they don't have any preservatives, I want to make sure to use them before they go bad. I'm getting a little tired of having just breaded chicken all the time, though. Anyone have any unexpected recipes that use bread crumbs?
