Recipes using cooked chicken?
I frequently roast a whole chicken or grill a little extra chicken so that I can have some cooked chicken (on purpos) for a few family dinner recipes I have. But I'm looking for a some new ideas. Do you have any good recipes asking for cooked chicken?
You can make egg fried rice, then throw in the chicken with sweetcorn, maybe peas or sugar snap peas, fried onions and sliced mushrooms. Add some ham and/or cubed pineapple for a variation. You can shake in some hot sauce if you like. I'm quite hungry now....

The breast is excellent for salads. Salads are good for dinner when the family needs to cut back on calories or when it is too hot to cook.
HI you can cook it in Indian Style too. Normally we wash it properly then fry with onion and ginger..Then we pressure it with small amount of water. It taste very good with rice...

Is re-heating chicken really dangerous?I've been told I shouldn't re-heat chicken that's been previously cooked as it could cause food poisening. But I've always re-heated it.
