I have a really easy one for you! Brown some pork chops in a little oil for about five minutes on each side, then pour in a can of cream of mushroom soup that has been mixed with about 1/2 a can of milk. Cover the pan, and let it simmer for about half an hour on top of the stove.
If you make mashed potatoes, too, the gravy that the soup mixutre makes is wonderful on top of them! This is one of my husband's favorite meals.
