Actually I love all kinds of food. Although I really am just looking for some easy and healthy recipes to cook for the family. My mother cant do all the cooking due to time restraints. So I am browsing and trying to figure out stuff that I can make without alot of cost.

One of my most know foods that many of my friends seem to realy enjoy is fried quail.
My favorite meal to cook is breakfast, and although I don't have it that often (high in calories) I like sausage gravy with home fries, eggs over medium with a round tin with a heap of biscuits standing shoulder to shoulder with a brown buttery tan. Don't forget the coffee and black berry jam!.......Is it breakfast yet?
