I don't cook on the grill, but I love summer because my husband love to cook on the grill. My favorite is good old fashioned steak--hopefully fillet.

Do you put bar-b-q sauce on them or do you just grill them?   I have done italian dressing on chicken which is good. Ribs I have only bar-b-q.

I love to grill small tuna fish rub with salt, lemon and garlic. Then peppers, aubergine rub with olive oil and tomatoes. I love banana barbeque, too.

      What it a banana barbeque?

The only time we did a banana BBQ we carefully split one side of the skin on the banana - open it out a little to make a pocket and stuffed it with brown sugar - then BBQ it in the skin.  But had to just NOT do that as we were all too fat already big_smile

Steak. I keep it on just long enough to get it nice and brown on the outside and keep it a dark pink on the inside.
