Does the state of florida have their own way of describing cuts of beef?i hear they describe cuts of beef with different names, like a tricep.
Do you mean tri-tip? We have that in California, kind of a triangular cut of beef that's great and tender for barbeque or outdoor grilling. Do you have other examples-- or has the tri-tip just now reached the East coast?
exactly where is it found on the cow? we were wondering if florida had it's own language when it came to cut beef. lol
