is it possible to double or triple gluten free bread and scone recipes
i have bakery and want to make volume batches
Hi Vickala, I have only made these at home for my husband and myself. I think you would have to make the basic quantity first and test how they bake in a commercial oven and so on. I am only a home cook so I really would not know how to advise you. Please let me know how you get on - it would be brilliant!
If you want to make double, multiply by two. If you want to triple, multiply by three. Duh.
