Does anyone know a gluten free bread recipe that has a soft, light texture good for sandwiches?
I have to eat Gluten free and I have not had much success making a bread we can all enjoy for sandwiches and the store bought is pricey and not very good... anyone have any personal recipes?

my friend added some chia seeds in her regular gluten free recipe and what a wonderful surprise-both taste and consistency. good luck!
I hope this answer is not too late. I do not have a gluten free bread recipe but I have finally found a brand of gluten free bread that I really enjoy. It can be found in the freezer aisle of a lot of chain supermarkets now which may not have been the case 18months ago. Rudi's gluten free multigrain is great for sandwhich. Here is their site. I hope this helps. http://www.rudisglutenfree.com/where-to-buy/
