Whats your healthy snack food?
What can you eat and not worry about the fat content the calories etc etc
low fat popcorn, carrot sticks, apple slices and low fat peanut butter
Fruit! I prefer grapes but if you have them around I will always choose fruit over crisps or chocolate
granola is one of my favorite health foods, because I can add almonds and raisins to it. Also it is easy to carry during the day and can be eaten dry or with milk. Plus the whole oats really help me stay full during the day.
well i live in tropical country..i love very much boiled cassava.
it's very cheap..easy to get...easy to cook in many ways and the taste is very delicious...
Fruit, fresh vegetables, baked crackers, pickles and peanut butter.
A bowl of fresh fruits and veggies, grapes, apple and pomegranate are preferred in fruits. The fat filled food can only stuff your belly and make your mind sleepy rather then healthy and fresh. Keep taking little bites of salads whenever you feel like munching something. You can take juices if you don't want to eat fruits. But only fresh juices. Canned ones are for taste more then diet.
