Amish shoo-fly pie is very similar to Pecan pie only without the pecans. I do not happen to have a recipe handy that I have created but you can google it.
I have made it before and it is delicious, but a little on the sweet side.
I grew up in Northeastern PA, so I was exposed to Amish shoofly pie early in life. Personally, I think it's kind of gross. The crust is great, the crumbs on top are great, but the thick molasses filling is not my favorite thing. That being said, here's a Food Network recipe that looks decent:
