Personally, I just put them in a plastic bag and freeze them, then wrap them individually in paper towels and microwave when I'm ready to eat them. The oven works well too, but takes a little longer. Just make sure not to overheat them or they can get dry and tough.
The best is to buy them FRESH @ Bagels & Cakes 42-14 Bell Blvd. Bayside!
