    Oooooh my favourite subject .. food. For me the comfort food has to have a gooeyness about it, like  melted cheese on nachos or pizza. I know ice cream is top of a lot of ppl's lists but I would guess most comfort food is going to be something hot, or at least warm, like my super famous mushroom soup. YUMMM

    I'd have to say it was praelines and cream ice cream. It makes me feel good, I suppose, because its like getting a sweet hug from the inside. Seriously!

    My favorite comfort food as an adult is nachos with lots of cheese, tomatoes, red/green peppers and jalapenos. When I feel down or sick jalapenos help me feel better! My "other" favorite comfort food is grilled cheese and tomato soup. This one is just warm and like a nice hug.
