Believe it or not chicken wings and pizza. I really don't eat very much meat, but when it comes to chicken wings or a good pizza I think I could survive off of them Wings are number one on the list when it comes to cravings though, with pizza at a close second.
That's a tough one for me as I have a wide variety of food that I love to eat. However, if I absolutely had to chose just one I would say any form of chocolate. I tend not to use food for comfort any more as it caused me to gain a lot of weight but instead I turn to being active as it has the same good feeling release and it burns some calories too. I don't ever say no to ice cream now though! Whenever I am stressed and want to wind down, that is what I turn to. Maybe not the healthiest choice, but I love it. As for the popcorn, that is my second happiest choice.
What is your "go-to" favorite comfort food? And why?I would love to know who eats what when and why; when it comes to comfort food... what is your go-to comfort food, when do you go-to that particular food and...
