At what point does eating corned or salted beef become unhealthy?
Corned beef taste well with eggs when you heat it up with onions, and have it with potatoes but I still am not too certain if it can be detrimental to my health due to the potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate used as preservatives. I have not seen anything that says KNO3 and NaNO3 are bad.
Of course it's not healthy for you but it tastes damn good and its fine to have once and a while.
