    Some people make soups with it or use it as a base for sauces like one does with beef stock to make gravy. Usually, I throw it out.

    When I cook chicken, I usually steam it. I usually just flush the fat/water. Cleanup's a snap 4 some 1 who doesn't do much cooking.
