I mix 2 cups of apple juice in a blender with a cup of brown sugar and I brush it on my ham all the time it is cooking. Cook your ham at 350 degrees and keep brushing your ham all the time it is cooking. You'll end up with a delicious ham.

Do you brush teeth every morning and night and 2 times a day is harmful to the gums？We know brushing teeth every morning and night can protect our teeth.But sometimes the toothbrush is not soft enough.I feel not comfortable when I am brushing my teeth.
