Do we know chemical ingredients in green items for good health?
Good question. Generally, we refer to raw food items when we say green. With increasing awareness of health issues there has been a gradual shift towards organic food. The idea is to stay away from substances associated with genetically modified food, and/or pesticides since the health effects could be undesirable. Once we have the basic raw/green/organic food item, the ingredients are well know and can be looked up in good reference sources. I'll be happy to elaborate if you need more information, or if I misunderstood the question
