can you just add the garlic cloves to a jar of your favorite pickle juice?
I've never pickled garlic cloves, I would assume that, like all pickles, they will first need the water being drawn off by soaking in a strong saline solution, then draining, rinsing and drying before adding the spiced vinegar.

Any good uses for pickle juice?I try to live frugally and not be wasteful. Are there ways to use the pickle juice from a jar of pickles once the pickles are all gone?

What do you do with pickle juice? You've eaten all those delectable pickles. The jar is empty, but you hate to pour that green brine down the drain. What do you do with it?

My friend pickled some garlic by just putting it in a jar, and puting the vinegar over it. The...garlic ahs turned blue in just a couple of days, and it seems to be fermenting. Is it okay to eat.
