You can put sliced cucumbers or boiled eggs in it. Let them sit for several days. Yum! You can also drink it to ward off night time leg cramps. I am assuming this is dill pickle juice. Lots of good uses!
I've never hear about it helping with leg cramps before that's neat. Maybe I'll try it one day. I have a friend that drinks the juice all time time but I think she just likes the taste. It would taste good over top of some other greens.
If it's from sweet pickled cucumbers, it's fairly mild, and as I like the taste, I drink it, a little at a time. Otherwise I add it wherever I might otherwise add lemon juice - a little in stews, soups, curries and stir-fries as a flavor-enhancer.
