What do you do with pickle juice?

You've eaten all those delectable pickles. The jar is empty, but you hate to pour that green brine down the drain. What do you do with it?

You can put sliced cucumbers or boiled eggs in it. Let them sit for several days. Yum! You can also drink it to ward off night time leg cramps. I am assuming this is dill pickle juice. Lots of good uses!

It helps with leg cramps? I never heard that before. How does that work?

Not sure. Old wives tale. But it does work!

I've never hear about it helping with leg cramps before that's neat.  Maybe I'll try it one day.  I have a friend that drinks the juice all time time but I think she just likes the taste.
It would taste good over top of some other greens.

I too use it in salad dressings. It's quite acidic, so it will substitute for vinegar or lemon juice in vinaigrettes.

With sweet pickle juice, you can make a really yummy old-fashioned potato salad!, and with dill its great as a marinade for cucumber and tomatos salad.

Potato salad. Now, that would hit the spot. It is sweet juice, so I think I'll use some of it for a batch. Thanks.

For dill pickle juice, cut up cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers or any vegetable you like and add them to the juice.  Let them sit in the fridge for a few day and they are delicious.

Sweet pickle juice I use in tuna salad, egg salad, deviled eggs.  Just a little but it is good.

Use it to marinate chicken breast and make your own version of a Chic-fil-a sandwich.

I'll have plenty left after making potato salad, and I think that would be an excellent way to use it. Pickled eggs are an underrated delicacy.

Pickled eggs are very good you can also use the juice in coleslaw even pickled onions are very good they sell them in gourmet stores and they are very high in cost.

If it's from sweet pickled cucumbers, it's fairly mild, and as I like the taste, I drink it, a little at a time.  Otherwise I add it wherever I might otherwise add lemon juice - a little in stews, soups, curries and stir-fries as a flavor-enhancer.
