There are several suppliers such as Mountain House but I would suggest contacting your local LDS (Mormon) church. They are foremost on emergency preparedness and food storage. They have food canneries throughout the world.
I've just done an evaluation on canning supplies. Because of economic uncertainty demand for all product lines of food storage and emergency preparedness in general is extremely high. Keep searching. In the meantime I'd suggest keeping on top of grocery sales and work out deals buying by the case. I do this regularly in addition to canning. Buying by the case saves a lot of money.
