    What potato dishes can I make for St. Patty's Day?

    I want to make a potato dish for St. Patty's day and I need some idea's

    Why Au Gratin Potatoes of course. The ones in the box are actually quite good. Other than that would be boiled.

    Hi there
    I would suggest that you start the day off with an Irish Fry up accompanied by Irish Potato bread. Then at lunch time you could make a beautiful potato soup. Finally you could have a steak dinner accompanied by Boxty - the famous Irish potato pancake. Of course you probably will have much better things to do on St Patricks day than spend the whole day cooking (like watching the parade!) but I hope some of these suggestions may be of help!
