I love sweet potato casserole, I am in charge of making it all the time for the holidays. Everyone loves it...goes fast...sometimes I make it anytime, Sweet potatoes are awesome, a superfood.
I agree! I especially like them with marshmallows and brown sugar.
MarieAlana1, I also top with marshmallows and put back in the oven to slightly brown them.
In my experience:
1) Three bean salad
2) Chip and dip tray
3) Veggie and dip tray
4) Crackers and cheese tray (sometimes with cold cuts)
8) Fruit salad
9) Tossed green salad
10) French bread with spinach dip
Obviously, some are more suited to warm weather gatherings; others to chillier times of year...but all are simple, easy to fix and transport.
