Has anyone seen the waitress?...Captain Morgan on ice please...
Hmmm....when the waitress comes, I think I'll order an appetizer of citrus-infused Maryland crab cake. What are you having?
Really hungry now....service is really slow here! When the customer service (ha ha ha) finally arrives, me thinks I'll have a tall, cold, frothy root beer (Dad's please) and some butter sauteed shrimp over noodles tossed with sesame oil, green onions, pepper and a dash of soya sauce. mmmmm Hurry up, pleeeeeze!!!
grilled steak topped with shrimp, hot sauce and potatoes...bring another beer please...
No, not beer again! Wine with the shrimp 'cause they'll whine when you eat them!!
I agree with the steak with shrimp.. not so much of the beer.
I don't know what Gujiya is, but what the heck! Service is nonexistent here anyway! Make my entree a petit filet, cooked medium. Side that with an ice-bleu salad and some white asparagus and I'm good to go!
*hands out drinks ordered* hi my name is Crazdwriter I'll be your waitress and bartender for the evening. What can I get ya?
*hands sex on a beach to Tantrum* Here is your drink sir... lol I had to do this on another website..no one would step up to be the bartender or the waitress lol. ah the good old days on Ixenland...now it's dumb! haha
hmmmm Interesting mixes lol but okay here ya go. *hands over all food mentioned.*

I learned today that according to the National Restaurant Association, the industry norm for tipping waitstaff is 15 to 20 percent of the bill. This is, of course, from a school course. What I would like to know is:1 What are you expecting from the waiter/waitress in return for a...
