Which deep-fried food(s) turns itself over when it's time to fry the topside?
Not sure what exactly you mean but as a big fan of deep-fired food I just know that many potato based food comes up, when it´s ready. This is also the same for crumbed cheese or fish.
BTW Crumbed Camenbert Cheese with Strawberry Jam is from my point of view the best fried food I ever had.
I like your answer. I should have clarified that the food (dough) floats on the surface while frying, being full of holes from yeast. I know of one, but I wanted to know if there were more types. My wife makes "berlines," a Chilean dessert. After the dough browns on the bottom, it becomes top-heavy and flips over.
