How about a donut pizza? A large round donut topped with icing and sprinkles and whatnot in a pizza like way?

I don't think it would sell that well other than people trying it once, and where would you sell this?

Papa Johns has dessert pizzas. They're pretty good. No holes in the middle, but the cinnamon is similar to what you're describing. I LOVE them!

Unfortunately, (male) Curious Traveller does not like anything sweet! Doesn't like chocolate, sugar, or any of those other things that most people find so delightful. This is not for any health reasons - simple taste.

Idea does not therefore appeal, I'm afraid.

I'm actually not fond of donuts (not a big sweet-eater) but I've seen pictures of cheeseburgers made with Krispy Kreme donuts... O_o

I can't bring myself to look for pics. I'm still traumatized by the whole thing: :-/

Haha, a doughnut (yes, I am English) pizza just reminded me of this article in the Times Online about the ten fattiest foods.

    1. The 30,000 calorie sandwich
    2. Bacon cheese burger pizza
    3. 12 bird true love roast
    4. Deep-fried Coca-Cola
    5. Sandwich cake.
    6. Deep-fried guacamole.
    7. Bacon-wrapped meatloaf with a layer of mac and cheese.
    8. Deep-fried pepporoni pizza
    9. The Porkgasm
    10.Spaghetti meatball on a stick.

    Just wrong.

Man I love doughnuts *licks lips*

Here, you can buy them in all their forms but my favourite is when they're rolled in sugar and a little cinnamon. Mmmmmmm

The idea of a donut pizza is rather tempting, but would probably be a bit too sweet for me (unless it was cinnamon of course)

Also, I've found that Krispy Kreme donuts are becoming more widely available here in the UK, there were a few outlets/stalls when I travelled down to London, but now there's one open in the outlet village in our town O_O They're breeding I swear, although I'm not complaining, as maple glazed donuts = mmmmmmmmmmm! wink
