    As the manager of a cafeteria you are responsible for ensuring that workplace safety guideliness are understood and followed. What check points can you put in place to make sure employees follow these guidliness?

    Have a supervisor checklist, to be checked at regular intervals, e.g. hourly, and off-timing so that those who do not follow consistently can be caught off-guard.  Keep a record of the offenders and offenses against this check list to be considered as employee performance metrics.
