Which one is better to grill outdoors- charcoal or by gas?
I guess charcoal would be better, as it will add different taste to you usual food.

I second that. Charcoal would add that special flavor to your food.
Charcoal is best as it makes your food more yummier because of its very specific flavor. However cooking on charcoal can be a a bit slow process but i think patience is a virtue and the tasty food you will get at the end will be worth a wait.
Charcoal has its own taste, whether outdoors or indoors. It always adds to the taste of your food.
