Eating too many milk products
I have found that so many of us are being forced to like foods with milk products in them. When I see a menu, it always seems to have things laced with cheese. Do you like cheese or are you trying to cut down on your intake ?
I am not a huge cheese fan, a little goes a long way. In particular I don't like it melted all over stuff. I am trying to cut down on all intake but this time of year--it is hard anytime but Christmas is really hard.
I like cheese from time to time, but I try to avoid the highly processed kind. I think dairy is the most over-hyped thing on the market. I've done my own analysis of milk.
