Could you share one of your authentic curry recipes with us in hub format?
Sure, I could try although I don't actually use any type of measurements. I just "eyeball" everything. It will take ma a few days because my weekend's packed but I'll measure everything I put in to the recipe that I wish to post and then I'll type it up and post it perhaps this upcoming week.
I sure will its reeally my sister inlaws recipe she is from Trindad, and she show me how to make the dish give me a few days to get it together.

I'm working on a new hub where I'll be giving a recipe for a curry base sauce, then using it as the basis for a madras sauce. To complete the meal I'll also be writing down a recipe for pilau rice. I'm hoping some people here will try it and let us know how they got on and how they like it.
