Are there any health hazards to eating genetically modified food?

The only thing you can be sure it is safe to eat is the food you grow.
When you start altering genomes, you're tampering with mother nature. Not to mention genetically modified foods can theoretically cause an assortment of diseases. Organically grown, or grown in your own backyard is the only way to go.
