    Don't take my word for it if this is a medical issue, but ... there are several gluten-free beers on the market, and I expect cider, wine and mead are okay. Brandy is made from wine, so that is probably okay, and Tequila is probably alright as well, since it's made from a plant. Isn't rice gluten-free? That would make sake okay.

    It seems to me from what I've read, that the gluten issue concerns only wheat and wheat products.  Therefore, beer is most likely a problem, but I don't think wheat is used in any other liquours.
    (Did you know that beer originated as a way to preserve excess wheat?  In effect, it was "drinkable bread.")
