Do you have a tasty brussel sprouts recipe you could share?

As in a 'sure fire' recipe for brussel sprouts? Especially for someone that does not like the taste of them?

We just steam 'em (which is what we do with most veggies).  We usually have them with hot dogs (well, chicken, turkey or tofu dogs more commonly) which is how I accidentally discovered that a bit of mustard adds a nice bit of zip.

I wasn't keen on Brussel Sprouts until one Christmas my partner cut them in half and fried them in butter and garlic. They were really tasty! You could try that and dice up bacon to add to the pan. Other than that, I have no idea (unless you like 'bubble and squeak - fried up left over veg, grilled with cheese on top. Yum).

Steamed then cover them with melted Cheddar cheese. Or Pepper Jack cheese if you prefer something a little hotter.

Cook, gently in a tight lidded pan, with onion, apples and a touch of cider vinegar, a sprinkle of cayenne pepper, sugar, and a cinamon stick, serve with roast potatoes, and roast pork. Reduce the juices and mix with pork juices as a sauce.

I steam mine as well, and just use a little butter, salt and pepper.
