Can you really eat too many vegetables, and if so, what are some of the negative effects?
If your basically healthy there shouldn't be much of a problem. However, my sister has Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Vegetables, unless in very small amounts, can cause a lot of pain and bloating. I have a friend who has ulcerative Colitis and for him, vegetables are a big no, no, especially when he has a flare up.
