Sea Salt is much more healthy for you than regular table salt. Sea salt is packed with all kinds of important nutrients that regular table salt doesn't have. And sea salt tastes better than regular table salt.
I know that fish looks better if you rub it with a slice of lemon before you cook it.
If you are using fresh basil in a sauce, add it at the last two minutes Over cooking it will destroy the flavor.

What types of salt do you use in your kitchen? I use kosher salt for most of my cooking and baking. I use various types of sea salt for seasoning stuff at the table. And I like the Real Salt brand sea salt for popcorn.
