Good foods to fill you up when you're on a diet that are not boring!
If you can "hitch" your Eating Habits; thus, Attitude ... to the Pleasures, that you can have with a Good physique ... rather than chasing the temporary physical feeling, of well being, that comes with Taste and a full stomach ... you will never be bored of eating, whatever you may eat as a dieter ... even if it be horse radishes, or grass.
Any fruits and vegetables- the darker the color, the better. They have a lot of fiber and excess water that help fill you up fast. Greek yogurt is also filling. It usually has about twice the protein as regular yogurt. Snack on things like almonds and sunflower seeds and drink plenty of water- a lot of the time, we think we are hungry but we are really thirsty.
