Wait! You actually have  chocolate LEFT?  Houston we have a problem!  If  it is a plain chocolate you could make a mole sauce for enchiladas, dips for fruit, toppings for cupcakes, fold into cookie dough, or even get some lollipop sticks, melt into molds and make lollipops! I have to be honest Janga, in a house with 5 people, 3 being youth and one being a self proclaimed chocoholic...we rarely run into this problem!

Melt it down and enjoy it in a fondue. (There's a bit of work involved in preparing the bits for dipping but the chocolate sauce itself is a cinch.)

    Leftover chocolate, really???
Make some cookies or break it into bits and freeze for ice cream toppings. It can also be melted and used for dipping frozen bananas or strawberries.

Consume the leftover chocolate at your own pleasure. If you are talking about unsweetened chocolate, melt, add sugar, server over ice cream.  When it comes to chocolate, I do not believe in getting too high tech.
