Overall I'll go for pesto, a mixture of basil, pine nuts, garlic and olive oil all blended together and used as a sauce for pasta. You probably know it, of course you do! I use it on pasta, on cheese sandwiches and with certain salads. At one time I even made my own- out of hazelnuts, raisins and I think once, bread crumbs. If you haven't tried pesto you should!
