Which is your favourite meal of the day?
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Supper or do you prefer just eating snacks?
Tea time!!! Before we were married, I remembered always spending tea with my husband (back then fiancee) while gaming the afternoon away........and we would snack on potato chips, sandwiches...oh yes. We're gluttons. XD!
Oh and me and my little sister would often make tea sandwiches to go with a pot of tea. Then we would talk and talk...and talk our afternoon away......Ahhh memories...
So yeh, Tea is definitely my favourite meal of the day although these days, work/school and all doesn't allow me to indulge in that too often....
My favorite meal of the day is dinner where I get the chance to have a nice meal with family after a long working day.
All meals are important... So, i abide by all... If you talk about my favorite, It's Breakfast !!
Heck, I don't do schedules for anything. Whenever it's time to eat - I know it because I'm hungry, not because some social construct said that I'm supposed to eat three times per day.
So really it's just all about hunger. I'm pretty sure that plain oatmeal in water would be delicious relative to how hungry I happen to be at the time.
I definitely agree with Wesman, that food is always more or less enjoyable relative to how hungry I am, but if I had to choose a "favorite meal of the day", I would undoubtedly choose lunch. But Admittedly, I don't go by much of schedule either. Sometimes I'll have my "lunch" at 11 AM or sometimes I'll have my lunch at 3 PM, but whatever is the second "meal" I have that day I'll usually consider lunch. I suppose I like lunch, simply because more often than not, by the time I have that second meal of the day I'm pretty beat thanks to my schoolwork, so it really is a great pick-me-up. Other than that, I really enjoy when I have the chance to go out to lunch on a nice warm sunny day and just be out and about. Very relaxing in my opinion. Good question!
Breakfast, because it starts off the day and it's so versatile:
always orange juice to start (for vitamin C), then a choice of -
traditional cooked breakfast (usually a Sunday brunch for us, or an English treat for our French friends!),
French croissants & jam with coffee,
good old porridge sweetened with lots of honey,
or just lovely crunchy toast with marmalade.
A good mug of filtered black coffee is a must to finish.
Puts me a good mood to face the rest of the day!
dinner is definetely my favorite, it's where I get to be creative and actually take the time to enjoy it.
Dinner, as I have more time to fix something good and relax rather than rush through eating.
My favorite meal is one I don't get to have often, breakfast. Most of the time just fly past it with 2-3 cups of souped up Java.........
My favorite meal of the day is every meal. I am a food lover. I can't choose just one. It also depends on the day and my mood during that specific day. Sometimes I like lunch more, sometimes I like supper more. Snacks are always awesome as well.

Seriously? I love breakfast because it starts the day, however, I think dinner with family is my favorite. Love the comfort of it all.

I eat breakfast, but I don't eat it until around noon or 1p.m. since I don't get up until 11:00 most days. But I'll still eat breakfast food for the first meal. Just because I like eggs and cereal and toast and such. So I guess my first meal of the day is, technically,...

Does 'dinner' mean lunch, or supper?I've always took it to mean supper, but I'm finding out that some people take it to mean lunch.
