What makes a great snack for the day at the lake?

I am looking for something that is salty and crunch and cool and refreshing other than basic fruit and chips. Any suggestions?

Trader Joe's organic popcorn with olive oil along with chilled coconut water.
The popcorn is healthy with only a little salt and no additives.   Popcorn has lots of fiber and antioxidants.

The coconut water is truly so thirst-quenching.  It has potassium and many other electrolytes to keep you hydrated and it also has lots of antioxidants and vitamins and is only barely 2 % sugar and very low calorie.

I love Trader Joe's! Sounds like a nice healthy snack. I like the idea of light and low calories so I'm not bogged down with calories.

I love baby carrots with roasted red pepper hummus smile Lettuce cups filled with various things is good too. wrap a slice of ham and some julienned cucumber with a leaf of iceburg lettuce. Add a dab of mayo before wrapping. Or put a dollop of prepared tuna in the center of a lettuce leaf and then wrap.
