When is the best time of year to grow herbs on my balcony in Turkey
I'm looking to grow parsley, dill, rosemary, coriander etc as I did when I lived in Scotland but found that the weather here is too hot and they died or didn't grow at all. I started them off indoors then put them outside watering daily but they dried up within hours. I'm wondering if I should try again in winter?
If Turkey is similar in its seasonal weather to the Canary Islands where I live I would think the winter is the best time if that is when you can expect the most rain and cooler temperatures.
